🚨 H2 2026 Singapore Property Market Update: 3,550 New Homes Coming — Will Prices Still Rise?

The latest Business Times report reveals that up to 11 new condo projects with approximately 3,550 units are expected to launch in the second half of 2026.

This means buyers will soon have more choices than ever, but here’s the interesting part:

👉 Analysts are not expecting prices to crash.

👉 Instead, they expect developers to face stronger buyer resistance if prices become unreasonable.

👉 Most upcoming launches are still projected to enter the market at attractive price points relative to their respective locations.

What Does This Mean For Buyers?

Many buyers have been waiting for prices to drop.

The reality is:

✅ Construction costs remain high.

✅ Land costs acquired in the last few years remain elevated.

✅ Interest rates are stabilising.

✅ Singapore continues to attract wealth, talent and businesses.

As a result, while price growth may become more measured, the floor price of new launches continues to move upward over time.
