✅ Why I WOULD Buy Lentor Gardens Residences
Previously, I shared why I wouldn’t buy Lentor Gardens
Today, let’s look at the other side of the coin.
Despite the concerns, I actually think Lentor Gardens is one of the stronger new launches in 2026. Here’s why.
✅ **1. Strong long term demand**
Lentor is surrounded by mature HDB estates like Ang Mo Kio, Yishun, Sembawang and Woodlands. As more homeowners upgrade, this creates a large pool of potential buyers for years to come.
✅ **2. Proven resale performance**
Nearby projects such as Lentor Modern have already recorded healthy resale gains. Buyers have shown they’re willing to pay a premium for the right product in this location.
✅ **3. Better value in today’s market**
Compared to many recent launches, Lentor Gardens offers a compelling mix of price, layout and overall product. If priced correctly, it could be one of the better value buys this year.
✅ **4. Future land price support**
Future GLS sites are unlikely to become cheaper. Buying earlier means future launches may help support today’s entry price.
✅ **5. A product designed for homebuyers**
✔️ No one bedroom units to dilute future pricing.
✔️ Good family friendly layouts.
✔️ Park facing stacks.
✔️ Childcare centre within the development.
✔️ Strong focus on 3 and 4 bedroom units for genuine homebuyers.
📌 **Would I buy it?**
**Yes... but only at the right price.**
No matter how good a project is, overpaying can hurt your returns. The right stack, right floor and right entry price make all the difference.
