First up is the Millionaire LUX Realtor Playbook.

Whether we are a new RES or a seasoned realtor, we all want to be able to transact a high value property on top of the regular bread & butter ones.

This is where we dive into the LUX segment & who else is better to share the LUX Playbook in BTA other than one of the pioneer LUX team leader Kelvin Thong himself?

Winning the Champion Team in it’s category 3 years in a row cannot be brushed off as a coincidence. With the leadership of our 27 leaders in our trainings & activities, BTA achieved one of the highest per capita income on an advisory level. This figure would have been more if project management fees that our project leaders earned are added.

BTA Winner Circles 2023- Pattaya!

It was a well planned and amazing event that crafted a memorable moment of joy throughout the full 3 days in Pattaya.

This incentive trip is awarding the well deserved top producers who hit their marks in year 2022. The vibes and energy going on a holiday trip with all Top Producer is indeed privilages as we all network and get to know one another better within the advisory. I witness the power of encouragement to those who jump from level 2 of the boat with height phobia , this is really marvelous and encouraging It’s like leave no men’s behind kinda attitude.

Salute to Benjamin Tan, Lynn Yiew and Kelvin191 for all the efforts of putting everything together by drilled down to every fine details seamlessly to ensure everyone enjoy the trip. Also thanks to Anne Koh for capturing all special moment and making sure all photo well taken. It’s indeed ,a fun and lovely trip with everyone in BTA.

This also given me an opportunity to spend time with my beloved Leaders Jack Tan & Celeste Phua and my Top Producers Kayden Chong , Axel Ong Yew Long , Max Poh and Irene Seah-Realty who deserve this incentive trip. No easy to pull them out for a holiday but manage to do it together. Not to mention that due to some reason Rachel Tan and Steven Liu also hit their mark but unable to join us for the trip.

Congratulation to all Top Producers, managers and Leaders in GaryGoDivision as well as BenjaminTanAdvisory. It’s been a wonderful year for 2022 with many agent performing very well and achieving their breakthrough to add value to their client and touches many hearts.

Keep it up All Champions for another milestones to achieve in 2023 and I believe strong that the tough will be tougher and produce even better performance in 2023.
