Met my sellers more than 6 months ago about their intention to move nearer to their fam & went thru their financials, planning and marketing strategies buttt because the unit hadn’t reached its MOP we had to wait :’))) Fast forward to Mother’s Day, met a buyer who loved the location and premium unit so much that I managed to secure more than $20k above my sellers expected price!! Super hectic day cuz of everyone’s arrangements for Mother’s Day but we managed seal the dealio within the day!!! 🫠

This case, like all cases didn’t come without it’s setbacks and headaches but it’s all worth it after being able to deliver them the gud news 🤩🤩 Now it’s time to move to the next phase and for to work it’s magic to locate and secure my client’s next DREAM HOME!!!
