All our properties have the following documentation requirements:
- Passport& local Govt photo ID
- Job/Employer letter
- Pay slips or bank statements for 3 months before rental starts
- credit score report
- First and last month rent to be deposited in advance as a security deposit. We are to use these funds for reparation works in case there is any damage incurred to the property.
- No pets allowed
- No drugs or alcohol allowed
- Non-smokers only
- Previous landlord reference
- Tenant insurance
- Police clearance letter
- It is the responsibility of the tenant to ensure property is in a clean state before they vacate.
- Tenant responsible for water/gas/electricity/mobile/home-wifi/TV use if applicable and as appropriate.
- Properties are rented unfurnished, so tenant responsibile for their own furniture.
- Washing machine/fridge/cooking grills included for residential properties as per advertisement pictures.
- 1 car parking space included, with additional parking at $100/month for another car. Please provide your driving license and licence plate information for security purposes.
Most of our properties are monitored by 24hour CCTV or onsite security and have fire alarm systems in place.
