Here’s a quick update of cooling measures implemented at 11.53 pm, 29 Sept 2022, w.e.f 30 Sept 2022.

MSR (Residential) - 3.50% -> 4.00%
TDSR (Residential) - 3.50% -> 4.00%
TDSR (Non-Residential - 4.50% -> 5.00%

𝗣𝗿𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗕𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 - 𝗛𝗗𝗕
HLE MSR - 2.60% -> 3.00%
LTV cut - 85% LTV -> 80% LTV

HDB Loans will continue to be priced at 0.10% + OA rate

Private Property Owners / Ex-Private Property Owners -> To wait out 15 months prior to granting an Option to Purchase for Resale Flat

Seniors > 55yrs, downgrading to 4-Room flat or smaller, will not be affected.
