Being a property agent for many years, one of the very important things I learn is to respect another person's time.

So if we are going to be late, do keep the other person informed, and or advise how much later is going to be.

If you are meeting at 9pm. Be punctual. Not 9.15pm and you say you start to walk over.

Property agents who go out of the way to open and show the house. We have families where we can be with. Don't waste another person's time.
