I am incredibly fortunate to have met so many wonderful people in my life, including Mr. and Mrs. Ramalingam. They stood out because, unlike most, one of their primary concern if I was being paid my rightful commission by cobroke agent.🥹

Our journey began when Mr. and Mrs. Ramalingam asked me to put in an offer on a co-brokered landed property. During negotiations, the co-broker informed me that I wouldn’t receive a commission because our offer was too low, even though the deal could still go through. They suggested I collect the commission from the buyer, which I found absurd given that it was a house worth over six million dollars.

After a lengthy and challenging negotiation, I updated my buyers on the situation and maintained that they shouldn’t have to pay the commission. Eventually, the buyers decided to forgo the property. However, I was able to secure an even nicer house for them in the end. I am deeply grateful for their trust and confidence in me.
