🚨 Singapore HDBs have set another record! A staggering 209 units sold for over S$1 million in September! 🏠💰

According to the latest data, 209 HDB resale units changed hands at or above S$1 million in September, marking an all-time high! 😱

📊 Key Figures:
• 209 "million-dollar" HDBs—a record high
• Accounted for 9.3% of all HDB resale transactions in September
• Highest transaction price: S$1.72 million
• Location: The Pinnacle@Duxton
• Toa Payoh: 33 transactions
• Queenstown: 28 transactions
• Bedok: 20 transactions

Notably, while overall HDB resale prices rose by 0.6% month-on-month in September, transaction volume actually dropped by 10.9% compared to August.
