At the lowest $1,755psf would be just a 20% premium or about the same price as the other 99year Corals @ Keppel Bay, a lease wef from 2007. If you commute to CBD or happen to be at Harbourfront or Districts 3 or 4, Skyline should be an interesting freehold prospect.
