At Tuan Sing Holdings Limited, we continue to integrate sustainability practices into the way we build and invest for the future. On Friday, 12 September 2025, colleagues from our Singapore HQ and their families brought this commitment to life by taking part in our first beach clean-up at East Coast Park.
Guided by facilitators from Nudge, 21 volunteers collected 15kg of trash in just two hours, helping restore Singapore’s natural spaces while raising awareness of how everyday actions can protect our shared environment. The impact also reaches beyond Singapore: six mangrove trees and two seaweed seedlings will be planted in Indonesia, capable of absorbing an estimated 120kg of carbon emissions over their lifetime. During this zero-waste activity, our volunteers also learned to identify the types of trash collected and trace the sources of pollution.
As a developer of living spaces and communities, such initiatives go beyond being one-time efforts. They reflect our long-term vision and Sustainability Policy, built on three pillars: nurturing our planet, caring for our people, and growing sustainable profit.
