Behind Every Smooth HDB Upgrade Is Plenty of Coordination

Today is HDB completion day.
But this journey started long before today.

Helped this family sell their 4-room flat in Bukit Panjang and upgrade to a larger 5-room home, closer to the MRT and shopping mall.

An upgrade isn’t simply about moving into a bigger home.

As my clients were using the contra facility, multiple parties and transactions were connected in one chain.
This meant that clear communication and close coordination between everyone involved were extremely important.

Even a small misunderstanding or delay could affect the entire timeline, create unnecessary disputes, and potentially disrupt my clients’ cash flow.
