Big policy changes don’t just affect developers, they eventually affect buyers and sellers too.

The Government has extended the ABSD deadline for larger developments, giving developers more time to complete and sell their projects.

Will prices go up?

Not necessarily. But it could reduce the pressure for developers to offer deep discounts to meet tight deadlines.

The real question isn’t what changed, it’s how this changes the market.
