✨ This million-dollar flat didn’t come easy!

We received an offer over 1st viewing weekend, only for things to fall through when the buyer didn’t proceed with the exercise as agreed and went back on their words on timeline

But just when things didn’t go as planned, the replacement buyer came in within ONE DAY with higher offer after we remarketed the unit! 🙏🏻
