January 2026 turned out kinder to me than I deserved. While I am never short on effort (that part I can confidently claim ๐Ÿ˜„), I must admit this round of closings had an extra boost from โ€œherโ€.

Not my Lady Love โ€” though sheโ€™s the real MVP of life โ€” but Lady Luck. She decided to clock in for work last month.

That said, luck needs somewhere to land. And it landed because of my clients, the real beneficiaries of my very active luck. Thank you for the trust, the conversations, the decisions, and the opportunities. I am genuinely grateful. I am also quietly proud (okay, maybe not that quietly) that the results exceeded even my own expectations.

And speaking of blessings โ€” super thankful that my Lady Love could accompany me to the award ceremony today. It was her first time attendingโ€ฆ and hopefully the first of many more to come.

Grateful. Humbled. Slightly amused by how things sometimes fall into place.

It takes sunshine and rain to make a rainbow, a rare miracle. And, of course, it just had to appear while I was overseas ๐Ÿ™„.

After nearly 30 months of showflat marathons, Buyer has developed antibodies to real estate buzzwords like โ€œXCR at XCR pricingโ€, โ€œprice gap advantageโ€, โ€œcheaper than resaleโ€, and โ€œpent-up demandโ€.

Yet somehow, he still had a cheque left in his all-too-familiar chequebook to secure an investment unit that ticked most of his boxes. This deal ended up being the main contributor to my October 2025 award, and I couldnโ€™t be more grateful. Thankful to him for trusting the process and holding on through all the downs (in new launch balloting), because his persistence is what made this rainbow possible.
