Singaporeans 21 and over who are married to a non-citizen are now eligible for additional housing grants of up to $40,000 when they buy a resale flat for the first time!

Potentially in 2025, there would be more than 1,500 Build-To-Order (BTO) flats available in Bishan. It is expected to have about 6 Blocks built up to 39 storeys with roof gardens.

6️⃣6️⃣1️⃣C Jurong West 5 room is off the market! 🏡

This unit faced a bit of hurdles as it was not able to sell to all races due to quota restrictions and it was on the Low floor near the rubbish chute.

However, I believe that every house can be sold. With the correct & precise marketing strategy, the house was sold in no time! Also, with the correct planning of timeline, the seller was able to successfully move to their new purchased property bought in punggol!

Previously I’ve mentioned about a rare 3️⃣ room corner flat that I was marketing & just a few weeks ago, it is officially off the shelves! I’m Glad to have found a suitable buyer that is willing to give extension of stay to my seller so that they’ll be able to do some renovation works & slowly move in to their new property. 🏡

A few months ago, I received a call 📞 from a seller who was intending to sell his kingsford Waterbay 1 bedder 🏠 for sale from a referral client. The previous agent has been marketing the unit for 3️⃣ months with viewings only happening occasionally.

Fast forward 3️⃣ months later, I met up with the seller to view the property. After viewing the property, I shared with the seller on how to better market the property as I see so much potential in the place. With a good sized 1 bedder, I believe a little home staging would do the trick!

Immediately after trusting & hearing my point of view, we got started with the home staging process & this beautiful home now emits a totally different feel. The pictures speak for itself!

Buyers are now able to feel the usage of the space in terms of size & how it’ll look like after all the furnitures are in. I’m happy to say within 6 weeks of marketing, the house was sold!
