2011 saw the birth of PPEXPO with its hallmark event launched in late November. Aimed to expose and educate Singapore-based OFWs on the importance of investing on real estate, and providing them a dynamic avenue to make tailor-made choices, the events in 2011 and 2012 were participated on by the biggest & most reputable Philippine real estate developers represented by their respective corporate sales teams. The 2-day events have attracted 800-1000 keen buyers, composed of OFW professionals, Singapore locals, residents and foreigners interested in the booming Philippine real estate market.
