๐ฃ Our PM Lee announced tighter measures during the Circuit Breaker Period April 7 โ May 4 2020, to curb the trend of increasing COVID-19. This includes the closure of most physical workplaces except for essential services. Estate agency work is not one of the essential services stated in the MTI's press release, as such, there will be several changes to the services I can provide. All physical property transaction activities / physical viewing of properties must be postponed until after 4 May 2020 or until the suspension of activities at workplace premises are removed or relaxed.
While we cannot conduct physical viewings, I am still be able to host virtual consultations, home tours and viewings with videos and photographs, and I will be ready to assist you through many telecommuting channels. This allows me to continue to assist you.
