3,953 Build-To-Order (BTO) flats were launched for sale by the Housing Board on Thursday (Feb 17), including 398 units in Kallang/Whampoa - the second project under the prime location public housing (PLH) model - which comes with a 6 per cent subsidy clawback clause upon their resale.

New flats are priced with a generous subsidy, taking into account factors such as location, flat attributes, and prevailing market conditions.

MoH is making special swabbing arrangements for all tenants & staff working at White Sands Mall & the Giant outlet 440 Pasir Ris since 2 May.
As some visitors to these venues have tested positive for Covid-19 in the past 2 weeks, MoH has set up a swab testing center today in Whitesands to carry out proactive testing from tomorrow to identify and contain any community transmission. The testing is mandatory for all tenants and staff, and will be held from 17-18 May.
I urge all affected tenants and staff to come forward to be tested. This will ensure your safety and health as well as that of your loved ones.

To all our residents, do stay home as much as possible. If you need to go out, do wear a mask and maintain safe distancing. If you feel unwell, please see a doctor promptly. Letโ€™s work together to defeat the virus and help Singapore emerge stronger and safer!
