In fact, just one week ago I started to feel jittery because this unit has a lot of viewings and enquiries but no offer ๐ฐ
Level 3, corridor unit, original condition and with two rooms facing the multi storey carpark, poses a huge challenge for me to offload this in the shortest time possible without selling it โbelow valueโ.
Moreover, with the house cluttered with many huge items, i realised it makes it harder for the viewers to visualise how beautiful this house can be if it were to be done up nicely, given that the unit is spacious with no odd layout.
๐ก I decided something must be done and immediately reach out to a designer friend and got him to do up 3D visual staging for this unit as well as quotation for a full renovation (refer to photos)
With the โnew lookโ, I started viewings again and bam ๐ฅ unit was sold on the spot ๐คฉ Buyers were able to visualise how the unit can be designed and how they can actually play around with the layout, creating more space in the living area.
Happy that Iโm able to push up the offer to 3K more than my sellerโs expectation ๐คฉ and guess what, for a low floor unit, we are the highest transacted among the estate ๐
Grateful to my sellersโ trust and he immediately refers his family member to me ๐๐ป
It may seems easy to just take photos, edit then list it. But it takes a lot more work and effort to really make things happen ๐ฅน
