📊 HDB resale prices eased again in 3Q 2026, but resale activity picked up. What does this mean for buyers and sellers?

While the HDB Resale Price Index dipped 0.2% q-o-q, resale transactions rose 17.7% q-o-q, supported by stronger demand for larger flats and the return of some private-property right-sizers to the resale market.

For buyers, this means more activity in the market but continued need to assess price, location, flat type and remaining lease carefully. For sellers, realistic pricing remains important as buyers stay selective.
