- Draft and review legal documentation and assist in providing legal advice on all inter-company and external legal documents and matters arising.
- Assist in formulation and review of policy, and to report to the HOD on legal implications of internal policies and procedures and matters arising.
- Advise on compliance and regulatory matters and ensuring the necessary compliance processes are in place.
- Assist the legal department and corporate secretarial department with regulatory and licensing processes with regard to local and certain foreign jurisdictions.
