她的姓名作为申请人。(只限马来同胞)
- 5年以上低价房屋的申请人/配偶有资格申请社区住宅类型B为第二个
住所(不适用于我们的项目)
- 申请人/具有低价房屋/中低价房屋/社区住宅类型A /社区住宅类型B的
申请人/配偶可以申请第二间可负担房屋(不适用于我们的项目)
- 具有中等价格房屋/任何住宅物业的申请人及其配偶不符合资格申请。
- 可负担房屋登记的有效期为注册之日起开始计算,为期1年。 只有某些
信息可以使用帐户登入更新。

Crescendo Developers are launching Rumah Komuniti Jenis B (PKJB) in Taman Dato Chellam, Ulu Tiram, Johor. Applicants are entitled to a RM30,000.00 reward from the Malaysian Ministry of Housing. You will need to apply at http://erumah.johor.gov.my/ePerumahan/home/index.htm and https://myhome.kpkt.gov.my/. Be sure to complete all information as soon as possible and upload the necessary documents. Your immediate action is greatly appreciated.
