Far East Organization is transforming 108 Old Broad Street in the City of London, with outdoor space and greenery a priority from the outset. Each office floor opens onto its own private terrace, with more than 9,500 sq ft of outdoor space in total.

The seventh floor features a communal rooftop terrace of over 6,600 sq ft alongside a shared pavilion, a dedicated indoor-outdoor space for events, breakouts, and informal gatherings, with views across the city skyline.

An office built around the user experience, at every level.

As part of our ongoing efforts to build a future-ready workforce, colleagues across Far East Organization came together for an internal hands-on session, led by our Group IT, designed to help our people get comfortable with AI tools used in their everyday work, from our in-house HR chatbot to Copilot Agents and Marketing AI.

As Edmund Gan, our Head of Enterprise Application Solutions and IT Governance, shared: "AI is the tool. But it's our people who will make the difference."

This is the kind of workplace we're building, one where curiosity is encouraged and learning never stops.

A landmark is being reimagined in the City of London.

108 Old Broad Street, formerly known as Pinners Hall, occupies a prime address a short walk from Liverpool Street and Bank stations, comparable to being steps from Raffles Place and Tanjong Pagar MRT stations. Acquired by Far East Organization in 2017, the building is undergoing a comprehensive transformation shaped by the evolving demands of today's occupiers, with completion targeted for Q3 2027.

Upon completion, the development will offer over 124,700 sq ft of office space across nine floors, with outdoor terraces on every level and BREEAM Excellent accreditation, the broad equivalent of Singapore's BCA Green Mark Platinum. This is part of Far East Organization's ongoing efforts to reposition assets to meet evolving occupier requirements.

One blueprint, two eras.

Golden Mile Singapore bridges heritage and innovation - preserving the legacy of an iconic landmark while reimagining it for what comes next.

The original structure is thoughtfully transformed into dynamic creative workspaces, crowned by a new 4-storey addition. Alongside it, Aurea rises as a contemporary residential counterpoint, united by a sleek pedestrian bridge.

The oculus windows. The stepped façade. The mosaic-tiled floors. The timber balustrades. These are the character-defining elements that made Golden Mile Complex one of Singapore's most iconic buildings since the 1970s.

Now rejuvenated into Golden Mile Singapore, these original features are being meticulously restored and woven into its next chapter. A quiet but powerful reminder that the integrity of this landmark remains very much intact.

Far East Organization is excited to partner with Perennial Holdings in this rejuvenation; honouring the original design while extending its relevance for future generations.

Writing the next chapter of a landmark.

Golden Mile Complex has been part of Singapore's skyline since the 1970s — a pioneer of high-density, mixed-use living and one of the city's most recognisable architectural icons. As a hallmark of Brutalist architecture and an embodiment of the global Metabolist movement, it played a formative role in shaping Singapore's modern urban identity. Now, it embarks on a new chapter as Golden Mile Singapore.

Through thoughtful adaptive reuse, 70% of the original megastructure has been sensitively preserved and transformed. Its iconic stepped form, signature atriums and distinctive architectural features have been meticulously restored. Complementing it is Aurea, a new 45-storey residential tower linked via an elevated bridge, together forming a seamless blend of heritage conservation and contemporary living.

This story is still being written. Bukit V and Oasia Residence Bukit Timah are on track to complete in 2027, with The Reserve Residences to follow in 2028. Together, they will bring something new to the neighbourhood.

Jointly developed with Sino Group, this mixed-use development forms a centrepiece of URA's broader rejuvenation of the Beauty World precinct, envisioned as Singapore's urban green village. Integrated with a bus interchange and linked to Beauty World MRT Station, it is framed by Bukit Timah’s lush greenery, with pedestrian connections threading outward to Rifle Range Nature Park, the Rail Corridor, and Bukit Timah Nature Reserve, all within a short walk. It is a place where urban convenience and natural tranquillity meet.

2027 will mark the first chapter when Bukit V opens and the community begins to feel what this development can offer.  The Reserve Residences’ completion follows in 2028, realising a fully integrated destination that brings together homes, hospitality, retail, and community, above a transport hub, within one of Singapore’s most cherished green corridors.
