Through Far East Orchard, it has partnerships in the hospitality business with The Straits Trading Company and Toga Group, Australia, operating a global portfolio of over 95 properties with more than 15,500 rooms across seven countries. Far East Organization is the winner of 14 FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence awards, the highest honour in international real estate.

Technology can transform how we work, but meaningful change starts with our people.

Far East Organization was recognised as one of the winners in the Human Capital Management (HCM) Transformation category at the SAP Customer Excellence Awards for Southeast Asia 2026.

Behind this recognition is a shared effort by our Group HR and Group IT teams to rethink how we work and better support our people. Together, they explored new possibilities, took ownership of the transformation and built new capabilities along the way, creating simpler and more seamless ways of working across the organisation.

From leading his team at Agape Services to representing the Environmental Services sector on the national stage, Ozzy Roje Bin Puteh’s story is one of growth, resilience and giving back.

We’re honoured to celebrate Ozzy, Property Maintenance Supervisor at Agape Services, who was selected as the sector’s sole representative under the “Provide” pillar at this year’s NDP People’s Parade. His selection follows his recognition at the 2025 Environmental Services Star Awards.

At Agape Services, a social enterprise established by Far East Organization’s Agape Business Group, Ozzy supervises a team that helps keep the spaces under their care clean and safe. Beyond his role, he mentors colleagues, leads Agape Cares’ Clean-A-Home programme and volunteers in the community, supporting people in recovery and fathers in prison as they rebuild their lives and relationships.

Drawing on his own experiences and the support he received, Ozzy now gives back by guiding and encouraging others.

Ozzy’s story reminds us that the impact of our people goes beyond the work they do — it is also reflected in how they grow, lead and make a difference for others.

Ground up, hands in, hearts open 🌾

Caring Hearts is Far East Organization’s staff volunteer programme, connecting colleagues with community initiatives and non-profit partners.

As part of the programme, 12 colleagues spent seven days in Timor Leste supporting local communities in partnership with World Vision Timor Leste and Jesuit Social Service.

From farming alongside villagers and engaging children through games and craft activities to distributing school bags and accompanying a local clinic team on home visits, our colleagues stepped beyond their usual roles, adapted to change and supported one another throughout the journey.

They returned with renewed purpose and stronger bonds—a reflection of how we empower our people to grow, take ownership and make a difference together.
