And was finally leased in 𝙖 𝙙𝙖𝙮 after the necessary planning and ex*****on took place.

Not only was it tenanted, the owner enjoyed a 17% 𝙞𝙣𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙚 𝙞𝙣 𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙡 𝙮𝙞𝙚𝙡𝙙!

What a relief...

Every day or week of vacancy, means loss in returns and income for the owner, while still servicing the loans for the property.

This unit was vacant for a good 4 months until a facelift was given to turn things around.

In 1.5 weeks, it was not just leased, but with 61% increase in rental returns!

Investing in a change that can bring additional returns may seem a little counter-intuitive. But its role in a positive return is truly rewarding.

Real estate investing gives us the possibilities of recurring income and value appreciation over time.

However, collecting monthly rental does not mean making money. Taking strategic steps to ensure positive cashflow and greater sale value are very crucial.

The owner was struggling very hard with getting tenancy for nearly 3 months for her industrial unit.

With strategic planning and effective ex*****on, we were madly delighted with the results achieved in 2.5 weeks!

The biggest nightmare for any real estate investor is not being able to get their units tenanted or realising the issues after the excitement of securing their units.

These issues can be mitigated and in turn improve ROI with some strategic and committed work done.
