This feature put into words a belief that has shaped Curated Homes — property decisions go beyond timing or numbers, and deserve consideration for what they mean over time.

Hon Chan and I have always believed in slowing conversations down when needed, asking the harder questions, and helping our clients gain clarity before making big moves.

It’s not the easiest way to work, but it is deserving of the weight these decisions carry.

Our newest PR family onboard with us and we just managed to kickstart their property portfolio building in Singapore! PropNex Annual Convention - one of the biggest annual events of the agency. Elated to receive notification (on Eileen‘s birthday, no less! 😊) that we made it into *TOP 10%* out of almost 12,000 agents in 2023.

Only made possible with the trust of our clients through heart work done right. This accolade is a reflection of everything we’ve achieved with our clients, hand-in-hand!

New HDB listing, first viewing session, 12 groups of buyers, multiple offers received above expectations. Even though the area has seen more than 8% fall in resale price Q-on-Q. We pride ourselves in always holding the price for our clients and making sure we find strategies and angles to fetch high sale prices for our listings. 💪
