I’ve worked as an investment consultant for 10 years prior to real estate business. This has helped me in my real estate career to effectively market my clients' property portfolios, manage their financial numbers and also to work within given timelines. During my 13 years as real estate consultant, I have met many people in all walks of life and have also gained experience in managing clients' ex
pectations and problem-solving. My key area of specialisation are sales of new project launches, resale of private properties and rental of private properties including residential and commercial properties in the districts of 09, 10, 11, 19 and 20. I strive to serve every client to my utmost best for all their property needs and look forward to helping as many people as possible to grow their asset portfolio through stable investment plans because l believe that everyone in Singapore should own at least one or more properties to retire comfortably. During my free time, I like to immerse myself in abstract art painting. I feel that it's important to treat every client with honesty, integrity, care and respect.
