Thomas graduated from Curtin University of Technology in Western Australia with a bachelor of commerce degree and holds a diploma in mechanical engineering and semiconductor technology from the Singapore Polytechnic and Temasek Polytechnic respectively. Thomas also holds a Certificate in Real Estate Sales (RES) and has undergone extensive professional real estate training programs by ERA. He is also awarded and inducted into the ERA Million Dollar Club, ERA Top Achievers and ERA Diamond Achievers. As a licensed real estate salesperson and a property investor that owns both residential and commercial properties locally and overseas himself, Thomas is passionate about adding massive value to his clients asset portfolio and helping them achieve ultimate peace of mind on their property investment, be it for own-stay or for investment.
