Services At The Residences At W
1. BBQ
o We have 3 pits. 2 by the pool and 1 by Central Plaza (also known as The Flamingos)
o A refundable deposit of $150 and a non-refundable deposit of $50 is required.
o Each unit can only book 1 BBQ pit at a time.
o 2 sessions are available for booking. 1st session from 9am to 3pm. 2nd session from 4pm to 10pm.
o Maximum of 15 people are allowed at a BBQ pit.
2. Function Room
o A refundable deposit of $250 and a non-refundable deposit of $25 is required.
o 2 sessions are available for booking. 1st session from 9am to 3pm. 2nd session from 4pm to 10pm.
o Maximum number of 30 guests are allowed in the function room.
o Coffee capsules and water bottles will be charged at $1 each if their guest requires any.
3. Central Plaza
o A refundable deposit of $250 and a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required.
o 2 sessions are available for booking. 1st session from 9am to 3pm. 2nd session from 4pm to 10pm.
o Maximum number of 60 guests are allowed in the function room.
4. Buggy Services
o Buggy is available for rent on a first come first serve basis.
o A refundable deposit of $200 and a driving license is required.
o Only the 4 seater buggy is available for rent.
o 1st hour is free. Subsequent hours will be charged at $20 per hour.
o In the event that they are not able to drive or there is no buggy available, we are able to send them around if there are drivers available at the Concierge.
o Do take note that the buggy is only allowed to be driven in Sentosa Cove.
5. Bicycle Rentals
o Manual bicycles are available for rent free of charge on a first come first served basis.
o Electrical bicycles are available for rent at $5 per hour on a first come first served basis.
6. Pet Services
o Pet services are subjected to availability as some of the concierge team are not comfortable with handling certain animals. Therefore, it is advisable to let us know in advance so we can look into our schedule to ensure that we can assist the residents.
o Pet services will be charged at $10 per session.
o In the event that we are not able to help with pet services, we will recommend them to use Petpawroni at Quayside Isle as it is the nearest.
