Given that the property developer acquired the land at an approximate value of $1,528 psf ppr, analyst Tata Goeyardi estimates that the breakeven point for the project could see a remarkable pricing of $2,200 psf ppr, with the indicative selling price to be around $2,500 psf.

This tentative pricing is determined by factoring in the land cost with the construction cost, incurred expenses, and profit margin to give this estimated price.

The major component contributing to this pricing comes from the higher land cost due to the naturally premium area of district 09.

Not surprising, many of the other premium condominiums around the area are selling around this price point or higher.

As RV Altitude is still under development, the actual pricing will not be available until further notice. However, it has been announced that prices for RV Altitude will start from $1.3X Millions. This is an exceptionally attractive price for a development located in the strategic Prime District 9.

The actual launch pricing will only be made available closer to the actual showflat launch date which is currently projected to be on 18 Jan 2019.
