Here is how you can calculate your estimated sales proceeds!

1) To check your outstanding loan:
- For HDB loan, login to MyHDBPage, Financial Info
- For bank loan, check in your monthly bank statement

2) Principal CPF used + Accrued interests:
- Log in to your CPF & scroll down to your dashboard
(Do this for all owners of the house)

3) Don’t forget to deduct agency fees w/ GST for your agent, if you engage one

4) For HDB conveyance, do set aside some cash for miscellaneous fees like request for valuation, submission of resale application, endorsement of documents. The amount varies but it is much lesser than what I had stated here.

5) For joint tenancy in HDB, do bear in mind that you could only deposit the cashier’s order given by HDB on completion day, into a joint account with the co-owner
