Sold this unit back in end Oct and I’m taking over from my lovely sellers to pass keys🔑 to the buyer just before their flight late tonight. Her husband had a great job offer overseas, and will be a tax resident there in a couple of days, in order to avoid the hefty amount of taxes, they had to clear their funds into the country before that, thus I negotiated for extension stay in order for the funds to be cleared earlier (just to play safe), so here we are doing a private arrangement handover instead of completing it at the law firm. When they appointed me to be their exclusive agent through a referral, never could they imagine their 5th floor unit could beat both level 18 units and a 21st floor unit price hands down. As luck would have it🍀 their buyers appeared within a week of marketing. Negotiations took place over the next few days and a deal was sealed in 12 days, we sold at asking and set a new record at their project! Lolx PTL! 🤩🙏
