As enbloc property consultant, our task is to get the highest value or best selling price for them.

This is what we were trying to do for our project at Sultan Plaza. Proposed to CSC to go for the state land IPA and extended the tender closing till 3/3- 3pm..

With the new cooling measures imposed by the gov, probably only a selected few enbloc projects will be successful this year.

Sites that will interest developers will be those in good locations, sizes that are not too big and also priced reasonably..

One good candidate in the running will be Sultan Plaza which is being marketed by us. Tender closing date set on 10th Feb which is also the 10th day of the lunar new year!

May 2022 Tiger year bring forth Success to all Sultan Plaza owners and Prosperity to the new Buyer.

Just 8 weeks after the EGM, we achieved the 80% support from the owners of Sultan Plaza to go for tender.
Yes, Speed to tender is the key to success for the collective sale. SPs, you heard and supported us .. thanks so much.

Sultan Plaza, the district-7 property allowed for a potential hotel or mixed development, is a rare site in the city downtown with beautiful unblocked bay and city views.

Walking distance to MBS, Raffles hotel, Merlion Park, Suntec city and lots of cool eateries, restaurants and jazz cafes around the famous Haji Lane within the conserved Kampong Glam district. Location is superb!!

Sultan Plaza has just restarted the enbloc process.
We were appointed the marketing agent for the 52,471 sq ft site in July and did the EGM in early October. Within 2 weeks, we have secured 63% support from the supportive owners.

We target to get the 80% mandate within 8 weeks and launch the tender in December 2021 and the way things are going, we are likely to make it. PTL
