Today:

🏢 Target Condo = $1,500,000
Gap = $800,000
A few years later:
🏠 HDB = $850,000
🏢 Condo = $1,850,000
Gap = $1,000,000
Your HDB increased by:
📈 $150,000
But the condo increased by:
📈 $350,000
The problem?
You became richer…
Yet the upgrade became harder.
