Another day Saved!
Completion for my elderly client.

It’s been so long since we could accompany client to their resale appointment. For this case, I’ve got a special approval to accompany my elderly client.

The son in law called us 5 months earlier to ask if we could assist them with his mother in law property. When we ask where he get our number from, he says someone passed to him.

So, we set appointment to meet them at the my client place. After spending some time explaining the best course of action, I ask the son in law again who he get my number from cause we want to thank the one that refer us to them personally. To my surprise, he says that he drive grab and when he talk to his passenger, the passenger is the one that recommended us to him and gave him our number. “I don’t know who she was but I drop her at a Financial Centre at Raffles Place”😍.

Fast forward today, completion “yeay”. This day arrives not without some adrenaline going all around the place 😅. Her daughter has 3 small kids and the son in law. the sole bread winner is running around and only yesterday did they managed to clear their place for take over. I been consistently asking if they need assistance and only till yesterday when I am very sure that the husband can’t complete the task alone as those who promised to help them couldn’t make it, I made some urgent phone call and pay for some assistance. They are done by 11pm, finally I can put my mind at ease.🤗
