3 Ts, what are they about?
TECHNOLOGY
Technology cannot be there only to provide quick information. Laymen are able to find them at their finger tips and this makes technology of little value to the realtors and their clients.
At Navis Living Group, technology is more than information. It is about:

TRAINING
It is a minimum standard for any agency to provide trainings. It is one thing to have many trainings on many random topics and another thing to have a structured training.
At Navis Living Group, our 91 hours free trainings are purposefully designed and structured:
- Provide more than just increasing your knowledge, the trainings are aimed to bring you up many levels so you can be a trusted advisor to your clients
- Empower you to confidently provide solutions to your clients
- Trainers are all Navis Leaders and current practitioners who selflessly teach and share their knowledge, experiences and skills

TEAMWORK
Teamwork is a very important aspect in the real estate industry. Without strong teamwork, no matter how good agency technology is, how much agency has spent on building the platform, realtors will find it difficult to succeed. And many times this is not a common practice in many agencies.
