HLE MSR - 2.60% -> 3.00%
(HDB loan remains at 2.6%)
LTV lowered - from 85% LTV -> 80% LTV

*HDB Loan will continue to be priced at 0.10% + OA rate

Banks are racing to raise interest rates. After OCBC and DBS, UOB increased 3-year fixed rate by 10% overnight from 2.8% to 3.08%.
