raymond.ang and secured and got commissioned to work on this sale listing of a 2Bed 2Bath + Study at Riversails, Sengkang.
Key challenges:
🔑Unit was in a half renovated state, half touched up state when we took over.
🔑 Multiple agents had marketed the unit half a year as a lower price without any success. Also had to navigate an unscrupulous agent who refused to handover keys and conducted ‘self-entry’ viewings for any buyer without care if the unit was damaged and items stolen from the owners.
🔑Owner did some minor additions & alterations, and wanted us to achieve a 5-8% higher price than previous listing.
Coffee + Brainstorming time:
☕️ Apartment needed to be packed and cleaned and handyworks done
☕️ Apartment needed styling, colour and focal point to pull the unit together
☕️ Figure out how to manage an unscrupulous agent who kept advertising without authorisation at much lower prices.
Final conclusion:
🔥Buyers were delighted to be able to see the potential and wanted to call this place home.
🔥Cobroke agent was very happy to have been remunerated for her efforts.
🔥Secured a higher than expected price for the sellers!
