【跨越一个世纪，我还在这里】
When we were presented with the opportunity to market this freehold conservation shophouse in little India Hindoo road, we were definitely honoured and excited to be part of this journey to find the next custodian.

Though probably no one have done it before for this asset class properties, what we understand is that this MV should have more depth in historical content so all the previous lyrics that can be more relatable & understandable is not something we will want to try for this shop house concept.

Therefore quite a lot of research and work hours are being poured towards crafting a concept for this shophouse to see how we are able to portray the timeless classic and beauty of this shophouse in a way that we hope while it is still an MV, it will be able to have the appreciation of someone who don’t really see our videos or who may not have seen our videos previously

We were definitely very excited every time our mind is about what lyrics to write for this shophouse and what words may suit this which is more than hundred years old.

We are also thankful with the rise of AI, virtual staging videos to show potential tenancy can be achieved easier, though as much as possible we would still prefer filming and creating the content ourselves as it has always been our interests to be composing lyrics and enjoying the process, sourcing of wardrobe including pocket watch and vest etc also took us 5 locations to assemble

we generally hope that you can take your time to watch more times to try to appreciate the thought process behind why this certain lyric is written and whether does it ties in to the feature of the house or the the mood and vibe we’re trying to portray.

Remember our Jet2 holidays reel ? The landed is sold and legal completion done recently.

Excited to share that we have assisted our sellers to achieve their sale price the same as the unit behind us that’s 700sqft bigger, and higher than another unit that’s also about 2800 sqft land slightly further down the road

Multiple requests and viewings received for this unit and many offers as well once marketing commenced, but as we firmly believed that supply & demand is to our seller’s advantage that time, we have advised them to hold on and not accept the offers then, before achieving this most ideal sale price for them.

Only 1 reason needed why you should consider Tengah Garden residences.

It’s the affordability of a brand new launch in today’s market

Yes, location may not be that ideal now , amenities not mature yet, not the best location . We will agree with that.

But With 3 bedder unit starting from only $1.588mil, your price gap between other new launches is at least few hundred thousands. I.e $250k for Narra 3 bedder, $400k price gap for the Sen. and this is like pricing for Rivelle EC with more loan and MOP restrictions.

Then now, who may want to buy from you ? The whole tengah township will have lots of HDB upgraders in future obtaining MOP and they may just be keen in your unit, moreover tengah residences will be linked to hong kah mrt and commercial retail just downstairs, amenities will definitely be improving
