✅*LATEST: Release by URA Figures for PropNex Residential Q4 2021.
✅In Q4 2021, 4,748 resale homes were transacted, while developers sold 3,018 new private homes (ex. EC). These took 2021 new sales and resales to multi-year highs of 13,027 and 19,962 respectively. Overall private residential prices rose by 5% QOQ in Q4 2021. For the full-year 2021, private home values jumped by 10.6% - the highest annual price growth since 2010.
In the the HDB resale market, 7,940 flats were resold in Q4 2021 - bringing the 2021 resale volume to 31,017 units. This is the highest annual resale volume since 2010, where 32,257 resale flats were sold. Meanwhile, HDB Resale prices scaled new high, increasing by 3.4% QOQ in Q4 and 12.7% for the whole of 2021.
