Moreover their profit is very marginal.. why would they make a loss, they are businessmen after all. They have got 5 years to sell. If they are really stuck with all their units, how many of us would have lost our jobs, our savings, the value of our current property would have collapsed. In fact, the whole Singapore would have collapsed.
Would u hope for this to happen? This is probably the best time to buy because interest rates are at an all time low, selling price close to GLS price.
