Most people know I’m a true-born westie.

Another first time buyer dream come true. She saw it before it existed.

Happy to have assisted our Club 55 clients to restructure their asset comfortably. They reached out via our .sg ad and we ran through their CPF RA calculations and housing options.

With clarity and assurance, we sold their 4-room in 2 viewings and secured their buying all within the same month. They had strict requirements for their next home but we shortlisted only the right units and sealed the deal at a price they were happy with, within 2 weekends.

After all, it’s something you’ve worked hard for.

But in a slower market, one important shift to understand is this: buyers decide with their feet first — not their offers.
When the price is positioned too high, buyers don’t reject the home… they simply don’t show up.

And without viewings, there’s no feedback, no comparison, no momentum — and no offers to negotiate from.

It’s about inviting the right buyers in, letting them see the value, and allowing the market to respond.

Alhamdulillah 3 OTPs in March despite a slow market. Realised they were my TikTok leads. Thank you for trusting me with your property journeys. Both reached out to sell off their million dollar HDBs - one in Bishan, and the other in Yishun. Glad we made that happened for them to move on respectively onto their next chapter. Need an assist? Close to 2000 cheques collected for 863 units wow. My Tengah Garden Residences is 99% sold out on launch, guys. Two weeks of pure intensity and crazy schedules. A lot of blood and sweat. Daily appointments no break, while juggling resale viewings from preview to booking day.

Don’t really like to post victory stories but I’d like TGR to be a core memory as it’s only my second project but first with successful taggings.

Successfully tagged and closed 1x 4BR Premium & 1x 2BR units. Alhamdulillah. Both had different booking days meaning we had to go through the stress again the next day! On the first day after bulk and loyalty bookings, close to 30% were sold. Our 4BR buyer had queue number 15XX but we pressed on and patiently waited for our turn while painfully ticking off units one-by-one from our list of shortlisted units as they were taken up by the people before us. The next day, by the time it was opened for public booking, TGR was already ~50% sold. It was an intense wait as our 2BR buyer with number ### watched his choice units got taken up slowly. We were down to the last 3 choice units when it was finally our turn. I don’t know how we survived this but we are truly happy he managed to secure an investment property well-positioned for growth.

And in the midst of these late nights and battles, I managed to conclude another rental. I still dont know how I did it.

Many thanks to our strong Project ICs who were always by our side supporting the core team at every stage. Also special mention to my solid hyper .realtor for trusting me with your clients. Would not have done this without you, babe. And to the teammates who checked on me and supported me in your own ways. Lastly to my husband who hardly saw me for 2 weeks.

Crazy 2 weeks, but Alhamdulillah, Alhamdulillah.
