Not every smooth move comes from an easy journey.

My clients wanted a home that would better support their retirement lifestyle which is somewhere more convenient, peaceful and surrounded by amenities that would make daily life easier BUT one of the challenges was that their existing unit sat right beside the expressway, which made finding the right buyer a little tougher 🙂‍↕️

Alhamdulillah, everything eventually fell into place. We found a buyer who agreed to an extension of stay, allowing them to transition comfortably into their next home which is a short walk to the mosque and close to plenty of amenities 🦾

Grateful for the trust they placed in me from start to finish.

Tak semestinya...

Kalau umur dah nak masuk 55 tahun, cara CPF refund & usage berubah, dan di situlah ada peluang untuk keluarkan cash.

Saya bantu client saya ubah keputusan mereka:

Another meaningful move for my amazing clients

Having recently retired, my clients wanted to rightsize so they could clear their loan and fully pay off their next home. We planned the numbers carefully, secured a sale beyond expectations, and found them a new place just a few blocks away so they could stay within familiar surroundings.

This case had its challenges, but what stood out was them being patient, trusting, and easy to work with throughout. Everything eventually came together the way it should.

Today, I handed over my seller's 5-room flat in Tampines.
My seller had lived there for over 20 years.

Because of how long the flat was held, CPF accrued interest had grown significantly, and on paper, it looked like a negative sale.
Many people would have assumed there was no cash left.

But because she was over 55, her CPF worked differently.
After topping up her Retirement Account and purchasing her next home fully paid, she was still able to withdraw over $235,000 in cash.
Alhamdulillah — a decision that brought her peace entering retirement.

I’m sharing this because many homeowners give up the moment they hear “negative sale”.
If you’re above 55, there may still be another way — but it takes proper understanding and experience.
