Trolley count doesn’t mean “surprise price on moving day.”

We still provide a close estimate based on the items you declare. The final count only changes if the actual moving volume turns out to be different.

Fixed price gives you one confirmed amount.
Trolley pricing gives you an estimate with flexibility.

Either way, accurate inventory = fewer surprises. Because your “just a few extra items” may have brought friends. 👀

Common sense, but sometimes it’s the small details we overlook.

Lvl 5 → Lvl 1 = 4 levels of stairs, not 5.

At $10–$20/level, no big deal. But for heavy items like pianos at $50–$100+/level, and both locations have stairs, you could unknowingly overpay $100–$200+ just from miscounting. 💀

Sometimes even movers count wrongly. 😂

Every question has a purpose.

Lift, stairs, parking, long push… these aren’t random questions. They directly affect the cost, time and manpower required.

Better information = Better quotation.

“I’ve already sent 30 photos. Why can’t you quote?” 🤔

This is actually one of the most common questions we receive.

The truth is, 30 close-up photos are often less helpful than 5 good wide-angle photos.

To help us provide a more accurate quotation:
✅ Stand at the entrance of each room.
✅ Use your phone’s 0.5× wide-angle camera.
✅ Take 2–3 photos of each room.
✅ Open wardrobes and cabinets if the contents are moving too.
✅ Let us know if you have any bulky or heavy items.

The better the photos, the more accurate the quotation. That means fewer surprises on moving day for both you and your movers! 🚚📦
