Why Selling & Buying Before 55 Can Change Your Retirement Story
Many homeowners only realise this too late.
Turning 55 doesnβt just mean a birthday milestone β it can quietly change how much cash and CPF youβre allowed to keep when you sell and buy your next home.
Especially for those who cannot meet the CPF Full Retirement Sum (FRS).
This was exactly the situation Sis Suria was facing.
