YESSS! OTP issued over the last weekend for my Malay sellers 😆

This unit was marketed by other agents since 2018 and there was no offer received. As it is a higher quantum HDB with ethnic quota issue, the pool of buyers is significantly smaller.

Owners: "Sian already we sell so long no offer"

They were about to give up until they met me 3 months ago and I said to give it one last shot with me! 💪🏻

After close to 30 years in the estate, this family can finally relocate nearer to their grandchildren! Bittersweet moment.

I'm glad to be able to materialize their plans and we're on a hunt for their next home!
