My third sales for this week…3 days in a roll. This time assisting my buyers to negotiate a 3 bedder unit in Keppel. Asking price was $3.3M was high psf but I’ve managed to lower the final price to an average selling psf in the development to allow my buyers to have safe entry and safer exit later. God blessed for another successful closing. Months of hard works are bearing fruits in these three days. I’m thrilled.

I’ve always been a top marketer in all MNCs that I’ve worked in since I started after university. I always wanted to try sales but I dislike the FMCG type of sales and channel sales. So I took up real estate sales to challenge myself and I did it so well because of my marketing driven insights and strategies. This year, into my 3rd full time year, I’m just $150k short to achieve my millionaire commission status. I need the last push and focus for the last mile. I met my sellers only recently and they have been decisive to move forward with the sale of their beautiful terrace home. I was told they have interviewed a few agents and they eventually picked me to assist them. I’m truly grateful for the trust and partnership with my sellers. I didn’t really pay attention to until a new client said he read all my reviews on PropertyGuru https://www.propertyguru.com.sg/rate-agent/daphne-GlM3c and saw I have transacted 61 priories in 3 years, he said it’s amazing 🤩 then I realised I haven’t been counting…seems like a solid track record!
