The EC market just experienced one of its biggest policy shifts in recent years ๐
For future EC launches:
MOP extended from 5 years to 10 years
DPS (Deferred Payment Scheme) removed
90% of units reserved for first-timers for the first 2 years
This will definitely reshape buyer behaviour and future EC demand dynamics.
Ironically, these changes may also make currently launched ECs even more valuable and attractive because they are still under the old rules:

โ๏ธ DPS still available
โ๏ธ More flexibility for eligible buyers and investors
โ๏ธ Potentially limited remaining opportunities before the transition fully kicks in

The real question is:
