Parc Clematis - Preview Date 29 June 2019

The price on the sale of a plot of land formerly named as Park West at Jalan Lempeng next to Clementi MRT Station is the sold in a collective sale.

Parc Clematis is pleased to announce the launch of their new acquisition by the local developer. The two companies will share the ownership of Clematis Condo which is worth $840.9 million. There will also be development charges which increase the operation price of the development. It is expected that the condo site could yield as much as 1.22 million square foot of gross floor space upon completion.

Parc Clematis Condo is well situated a short distance from One North R&D Park and the famous CBD at Jurong Lake. The demand for properties in the area is expected to rise due to the increase in population and the growing economy. Apart from making transportation in the area easy, the upcoming Singapore-KL High-Speed Rail will boost the value of properties in the surrounding areas such as the condo. The condo, formerly known as Park West, features four shops and 432 residential units. The current lease balances are about 63 years. The developers plan to bring the lease period to 99 years and will redevelop the site. The site will eventually house between 1200 and 1700 units of various sizes ranging from 750 to 1100 square feet.

Clementi is an area of District 5 which is known for its housing and amenities. The development is in close proximity to CCR. Haus on Handy - Preview Date 29 June 2019

City Development (CDL), through its fully owned subsidiary CDL Regulus Pte. Ltd, tendered the winning bid to acquire the Haus on Handy property in Singapore. The winning price was S$212,200,000.

Haus on Handy is pleased to announce that City Development (CDL) has beaten out several other bidders in order to gain the 99-year lease for the property. The bid was entered by its fully owned subsidiary, CDL Regulus Pte. Ltd. Several bidders were interested in the property, due to its strategic location in District 9 next to Orchard Road and its proximity to various amenities. With the recovering Singapore residential market, there are plans to develop three residential towers between eight and ten storeys. This will constitute a basement carpark and up to 200 apartments.

Haus on Handy Condo project sits on a site area of 51,626 square feet and enjoys its location in the prime District 9 which is matured and among the highly sought-after residential areas. Considering that it is situated on elevated land, the project offers the potential to exploit the skyline and city views. The site also enjoys unbeatable connectivity; Dhoby Ghaut MRT station is just 50 meters away. The triple line interchange is connected to a sheltered walk away. The Orchard Road Shopping Belt, Marina Bay Financial District and CBD are also a few minutes drive away.
