Congratulations to this amazing family on securing their 4-bedroom at Narra Residences. 🏡🤲

They came to me after speaking with 5 to 6 agents. Not because the others weren't capable — but because they wanted someone who would truly understand both their family needs and their investment goals before making one of the biggest decisions of their lives.

Not all property transactions go smoothly. And sometimes, the toughest ones are the most rewarding. 🤲

I helped this lovely couple sell their Level 2, 5-room HDB in the East — and Alhamdulillah, we got an offer on the very first viewing.

But after the purchase was exercised, the buyer faced unexpected personal circumstances and couldn't proceed.

My clients had already scheduled their BTO key collection. The clock was ticking. ⏳

We had to move fast — navigate HDB, manage the timeline, protect their interests, and find a new buyer without losing momentum.

Alhamdulillah, within about 1 month, we secured another buyer and pushed the deal through. ✅
